Final workup for Philmont crew. This outing will be up to a 20 mile hike. Trails vary depending on weather conditions and participants skill levels. Conclave is a gathering of arrowmen that is organized and planned each year by the section. At a typical Conclave you will be able to learn a variety of new things in the training sessions that are offered. For more details check it out in the calendar.

We are are excited to invite you to this year’s 2019 San Joaquin Camporall.
This event will be held at Camp Chawanakee on September 13th thru the 15th.
For our troop it will be a joint outing. We will be holding several meetings during this weekend. Friday night will be SPL meeting. Satuday night will be parent meeting. Sunday will be the troop program conference.
$15.00 per Youth or Adult and $20 for food.
Indian Flutes
OA leader Jess Andres has volunteered to hold a indian flute making class. You will get to keep your hand made flute. Time permitting Mr. Andres will give a quick lesson on how to play the indian flute.
Class size is limited to 7 scouts and cost $25 which includes lunch.
This will be a Saturday Class on a date we determine.
Signup sheet will be posted soon at meeting place. First 7 scouts to pay will be added to class.
Charter Service Day
We will be planning another Charter Service Day soon.

Our last day of service:
Cleaned up the open field area behind our meeting place. It was in serious need of weed control. Tools needed were safety glasses, gloves, rakes, hoes and shovels more. Adult tools were small tiller, lawnmower or weedeaters. It took less then two hours. Food and drinks were provided.
